"Upon checkout I was presented with a bill to sign that was unreadable because the printer cartridge needed to be replaced. I asked the clerk to shake the cartridge and reprint so I could read what I was signing. She complied and presented a more readable bill for me to sign. However, I had to ask for a copy of the bill."
